The apartments were lovely — tidy, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms for our group (two in the first apartment and one spacious bathroom in the second). The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, yet the street itself is surprisingly quiet considering it’s right in the city centre. The host was excellent — always available, very polite, fair, and genuinely helpful. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would warmly recommend him.

“Perfect choice in Palermo”

The photos don’t do the apartment justice as it so large and very well equipped and very comfortable with everything you need for a city break. Plenty of breakfast items left for us. The location is perfect as it’s so central and everything is walkable. The owner was super communicative and very kindly was able to allow us an early check in and late checkout due to the timing of the next guests. Don’t hesitate to come here!

“Great apartment close to all major attractions”

To be clear, the apartment is great, but some things need to be mentioned. When you say breakfast is included, it shouldn't mean that eggs and a dozen yogurts are left in the fridge. We didn't use any of that, luckily there are plenty of places nearby where you can have breakfast so that wasn't a problem, but it should be clearly stated because it causes additional costs. Another thing is parking, there is a parking spot 50m from the apartment, it's free, but there is a man who "guards" the cars. We gave him 10€ to "guard" the car, I don't know what would have happened if we hadn't?! The location is great. Everything is within easy reach. The owner of the apartment is very kind and we would stay there again.

Perfect place to stay when you visit Palermo!! Very good position, right in the center of old Palermo, easy to reach every important point by foot!!!!

The location was excellent being right in the middle of the historic area, everything was within easy walking distance. The apartment was comfortable with large bedrooms, the bathroom was large and modern. I loved the feel of the apartment with the exposed old brick in amongst the new plaster. There was great quiet little bar about 10m from the apartment that we stopped in each evening for a night cap! Guiseppe was really responsive and gave us great recommendations and helped us with a transfer to the airport - thank you!

Central location to all places of interest. Immaculate accommodation and lots of treats for us to enjoy. Host was fantastic and on hand to help out with all our needs. Only a 12 minute walk to all main sights. Some great restaurants nearby great value. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this fantastic City.
