A modern, nice studio, in a quiet area, on the shore, with very friendly and helpful owner. Equipped with all the necessary things, the kitchen items and toiletries. I liked the attention to details, small things that make you feel good, like capsules for cofee mashine, very apreciated. The best part, the terrace from where you can see absolutely gorgeous sunrises. Palio is a quiet area, but about 10 km away you can find very nice beaches, The Frog, Ammolofoi, Peponi Beach - very nice, with beach bar and a golden, fine, sand or wild beach like Psatha.

Very welcoming host,always smiling and ready to help. I’m really happy with that stay. Will definitely come back. Everything was great except the noisy guest next door but other than that everything was amazing!

The hosts were extremely kind, accommodated us at the requested earlier time. There was a welcome bottle of wine! Everything is new and modernly furnished, there is everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. There is a small beach just for the hotel, as well as enough places for trouble-free parking. I recommend!

Everything! The place, the villa, the owner, the private beach, the proximity to Kavala, everything! It’s the second time in we spend some days of our summer vacation in this location and we hardly wait for the next time.

Our stay was fantastic. The owner and the staff are very polite and even recommended us some beaches and restaurants to visit. The place is very clean and it is on an 5 min driving distance from shops, beach bars and restaurants. Despite the hot weather, the villa was nice and cool even without Air Conditioner.

There are several villas located near the seaside. There is a small beach at your footstep which is beautiful and great for diving, but not very child-friendly (rocks and plenty of sea urchins). Enough parking spaces for all guests, enough privacy for all. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but overall space is enough for a family of four. The interior is very nice. Quick access to main road and nearby beaches. We enjoyed quiet and relaxing evenings on the balcony facing the sea.

“Simply perfect”
We loved the this place. Birds were singing the whole day, and the jasmine scent would reach our bedroom every evening. There is small private beach liteerally 20 m from the villas, with a million-dollar view on the sea a small island nearby. The villas are modern, spotlessly clean and fully equipped.

Everything was wonderful, the owners went above expectations, giving us the best view and serving our needs, the kitchen in the suites and villas had all that you would need for a comfortable easy food prep situation. The beach just 15 steps away, was great for kids and we enjoyed catching crabs and watching local fishermen.

Very nice and quiet place. The furnishings and equipment are very good. Everything is done with taste and practicality. The owners are extremely kind and hospitable. We apologize for making them wait a little longer than our previously requested check-in time. Very nice location. However, it is mandatory to have a car available.
