Friendly and flexible personnel, good location, clean facilities

Very clean and good facilities. Nice staff. It doesn't have any place to chill with other guests, but then they never claimed it does :)

“No vibe”

Its clean. No common areas, no vibe, no soap, no towel, no kitchen, even no kettle. It is a hotel with a dorm.

They charge to store luggage, there is no common space to stay after checkout. The room has lots of windows and barely any curtains, so a lot of light enters the room early in the morning. Extremely noisy street.

The Guy at the réception is not friendly at all. Also i didnt like because i had a bus on the late evening to take and i asked if it was possible to stay later than the normal check out time because i was litteraly the only one in the dormitory. But he just me i need to pay an full other night. The problem is there is absolutely no commun space in that hotel except a wood bench just at the reception. so i had to stay on the bench on the street for hours .. obviously you can only pay by cash, no card .. even after online booking. And the Windows of the rooms are absolutely useless i couldnt sleep after 6 am everdyay even with earplugs.

There were only two of us for a 10 bed dorm.

Good location, had WiFi and we had our private bathroom. There was a mirror, bedside table, sockets and a small desk. We only stayed one night to do a tour of the nearby waterfalls.

Exactly what it says in the description. It's not a hostel. It's a small hotel that has one dorm room. No shared spaces or whatever but whatever service they give, it's 100%. Cleanliness, shower, bed, all perfect.

The hotel is very good value and you get what you pay for. The room and bathroom were clean and we were able to arrange to leave our bags and take an evening shower before our night bus (both for a fee, but with towels and soap included) after we had checked out. It's in the center of town near some restaurants & shops and a short walk from the fancier Canada area. Easily reachable from the ADO station on foot.

Very clean and a great view from the dorm, close to all the collectivos to go visit the nice nature arround Palenque.
