Rooms and beds are very confortable. Good shower, staff is very friendly! The best location in Palenque, very close to Restaurantes and ADO station. I highly recommend this hotel!

“Super loud staff party.”

They had a super loud staff party with live music very loud from 6:00pm until 10:00pm total lack of respect for all the guests on the hotel probably they where also disturbing the guests of other hotels

The hotel was very conveniently located. Room was quite small but clean and everything was there (hot water in bathroom, airco, ceiling fan). Friendly staff.

Huge room - very clean and tidy. Free water

Situated in a pretty, leafy area with several hotels and restaurants. Close to the highway and shuttles to the archaeological zone of Palenque. The area is a bit above midrange but very cosy with lots of references to the maya history

Convenience: The property is in walking distance of the ADO bus. Plus, it is a very inexpensive ride to the ruins. Creativity: The hotel introduces visitors to the sculptures and carvings that have made Palenque so memorable, beginning with a full size replica of the cover of Pakal's tomb. Service: The restaurant is good, servicable, and moderate. Staff: Native Spanish speakers with plenty of English.

the fact that it is a museum and a hotel at the same time, when you are into Maya culture, and that’s very likely in Palenque, makes this place a must go to. nice replica’s of Maya steles. had plenty chances to do translations of the maya glyphs.

The room was good and clean. My compliments for the one who made the towels into artwork. The location was great.

There was a nice room left on Booking.com so I booked it, but once we arrived there it turned out they didn't have any rooms left. The guy at the desk was not very friendly in this situation and they could not help us.

Great location near ado stop and near several nice cafes. Staff at front desk could not have been more helpful- we needed to print some things due to flight changes and only too happy to help. Spacious room, excellent shower and comfortable beds. A great hotel!

One of the best hotels in Palenque. The owner, Mr Marco Antonio Morales, was around one day and he was always extremely helpful and nice to us. The hotel is perhaps in the best location of Palenque, comfortable and clean. The area is nice, the facilities and surroundings are spectacular as well as the views.
