“NOT Worth”

I asked If I could check in earlier or leave my bags in the apartment as most hosts do but I was told that it cost an extra 250 pesos. The so call balcony is not open air but covered by a roof and closed by four doors including the small kitchen and very small living room. This area has NO air condition so as soon as 11am this part will be boiling hot until after sunset. In the description of the apartment the bath tub is not present, just the shower, no big deal but still not reflecting the status of the apartment, same as the very bright pictures which actually mask the pretty dark inside. The WC was leaking, instead of fixing it they said they could provide a mop, the night lamp did not work either, instead apologizing and/or fix it, they told me to use the main light. The neighbourhood is close to the ADO station but a bit steep to walk back if you're carrying luggage. Definitely do NOT recommend this, rather look for something in the Canada area

Very beautiful apartment with a beautiful big garden. Very friendly host and extremely easy communication. Uncomplicated check-in with keybox and friendly, secure neighbourhood.

The apartment was really nice, clean and big. Easy contact with the owner. Great location near ADO bus station. Everything was perfect! Highly reccomended!

It’s got a little kitchen and a fridge which is handy, it’s within walking distance to the ADO and city centre and it’s clean.

The best accommodation at this price

Everything was perfect. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen. It was clean and in great condition. The WiFi worked really well. It has the best provider in town and has good speeds on the 5G (gigahertz) network. Good location. You can walk or easily get a taxi on the main street leading to downtown and there is a small shop across the street. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay. It is a good idea to have a photo of the house. A map app can lead you to the street, but then you have to look for the house, but it is a short street. They don't use numbers. With a photo you will easily find it.

“Lovely apartment”

So comfortable! Great air con, comfy bed and huge tv. Perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Palenque and keeping out of the storms! 100% recommended.

We loved our stay here. The host was very kind and accomodating and allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. The place has everything you need and is in a very convenient location. Thank you for a beautiful experience in Palenque!

“Great place to stay in Palenque”

Close to the busstation and center. Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appartement was also very clean. Would highly recommend this place.

We were given another apartment called Africa. It was excellent. The place in general is very clean and beautiful. The district is nice.

Very nice Good location

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area with well-working AC and fully-equipped kitchen. Less than a 10 minute walk from ADO station.

Great location, close 5 min walk to bus station. Room was spacious, nice and cool with aircon. TV was great. Adequate kitchen for cooking. Only stayed 1 night so didn't fully get to use facilities. Owner was lovely, and let us store our bags before catching an overnight bus.

The space had everything needed and the water and snacks to buy was a great idea It was clean and had everything we needed. The bus station and cendraui supermarket were close too. It is great for a stopover.

Really nice apartment, and a very loveoy and accommodating hostess. Beds were nice, bathroom was nice, fans and AC were excellent in the Palenque heat, and the outdoor kitchen was well-equipped. Plus, Paulina had set up a little snack machine and mini fridge with very fair prices as a courtesy to guests. It's just around the corner from the ADO bus terminal, which was super convenient. A very nice place to stay!

It's a beautiful little apartment very close to the centre of Palenque, around the corner from the bus station. Has everything you could need: kitchen, fridge, coffee machine, double bed, air conditioning. Excellent value.

“a great base in fascinating Palenque”

I was really delighted with this pleasant flat in Palenque. It is in a really nice, family neighbouhood that felt safe and friendly. The bus station and the centre of town are an easy walk away. The flat is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished and equipped. I only prepared salads while I was there, but the kitchen is equipped for cooking too. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. All in all, I found it an ideal base while I was exploring the fabulous attractions of Palenque.

Place is in quiet and secure area. We had everything what we need close to supermarket and ADO.
