We loved our stay here. The staff are really friendly and helpful, offering early breakfast and booking us taxis when needed. The room was spacious and well air conditioned with one of the best showers we've had in all of Latin America! The location is great, a 5 minute walk from the main square. They offer lots of tours from here too but we didn't avail of any of these. Breakfast is basic but we appreciated fresh fruit, yogurt and toast since, in our experience, most hotels don't offer breakfast in Mexico.

“Fantastic Casa”

This is a lovely Casa, 5 minutes walk from the main bus station in Merida. We had very nice room with en suite and balcony. The staff were superb, very helpful and friendly. Recommended

I'm not sure if I had a problem with the staff being grumpy and not very helpful is because I don't speak Spanish. Got a feeling that is what was going on but I can't say for sure.

“Palenque break”

The hotel is located behind the main square. Everything is within walking distance as Palenque is very small. There are restaurants and cafés and a small supermarket/pharmacy open 24 hours right behind the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Besides the fact that Palenque city is not really a beautiful place (but the tours from there and it’s surroundings are amazing), this hotel was really good! It was centrally located and clean. The shower were amazing and the AC was working very well ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful, and also the breakfast was quite good.

We arrived late and the staff were very helpful and kind to us weary travellers. Our room was spacious and lovely, in fact, it was our favourite stay of our entire trip around southern Mexico. The breakfasts were peaceful and fresh, packed with fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals, plus tea and toast which was perfect before heading out for the day.

Great location in Pelanque, I wanted to really KO so this was perf for me. Super big comfy bed (I got the garden view with king size bed) and it was lovely and quiet. Staff super lovely and helped me call a taxi! Brekkie was lovely with fruit, coffee and toast but no eggs :(

Beautiful boutique hotel. So lovely decorated and bedding and towels smelled wonderful. Very clean and neat and the cutest little balcony.

Nice spacious room with very comfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful and always ready with a smile. Extremely handy location close to the zocalo and all restaurants and amenities. Casa 5 is a very small and friendly B&B.
