Our hosts were welcoming, friendly, delightful. We were able to have Dinner there, and a fabulous breakfast. We are not Peregrinos, but travelling to photograph the old churches and would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in the area. The Church 50 m. away is magnificent, and made our stay complete. With best wishes to our wonderful hosts.

It had a bath, which is great after a long day's trekking. Good sized room. Bar and terrace on site.

Fantastic owner who is doing his best in everything that guests request. If everybody on Camino de Santiago were like him, the whole world would be better. Highly recommend!

“Avoid”

The room was old fashioned with blankets and bedspreads but very clean and well cared for. The bathroom was spacious, no plug for the bath and the hot water ran out quickly. The host has many rules about where to put your walking sticks, walking shoes and no backpacks on the bed, these were good to keep order. All communication was done through google translate.

“A family owned albergue on the Camino”

There was two choices for breakfast. 3,50 eur included tea or coffee and charcutleries. With 5,50 eur you could add fruit or egg to your breakfast. We had a nice two person room downstairs. The personnel was extreamly friendly, and made us pilgrims feel very welcomed and served us in a very personal and nice way. Really good memories. There is a restaurant nearby that the hotel recommended for us with a really good pilgrim dinner.

Convenient first hotel as you arrive into the village. Cosy and comfy room (double room with own bathroom)

Very airy and clean. The rooms are amazing. I had a very comfortable nights stay and after 3 weeks mostly in dorm rooms the en-suite bathroom was heaven. Highly recommended. ☺️

Easy access to the Camino and the staff were kind.

Location was great, I was on the Camino, and I finally slept very well. Lourdes goes the extra mile for the Pilgrims, making reservations for the restaurant and solving problems for them. Definitely a place to stay on the Camino.

My second day in a row that I walked the Camino Francés, with a slight pain in my right knee. Another 20 km, with a backpack on! Upon arrival at the hostal I was warmly welcomed by Jorge, who immediately asked me with a big smile “how the Camino went”. He immediately had some good advice for my tired feet and his wise advice also helped! What a nice hostal! What a nice place to stay, in the quiet village, where you can hear the birds singing until late at night! What immediately struck me when checking in: the pleasant fresh smell at the reception and the entire hostal, the order and impeccable cleanliness. Extremely “clean” and what wonderful beds, with very comfortable pillows, crisply ironed bed linen and nice warm blankets. I also loved being able to open the window in the room and feel the fresh air from outside in my cozy room. Such a peaceful place to stay, with the best hosts: Jorge & Lourdes! People with their hearts in the right place, who spare no effort or time to make the entire hostel extremely neat and tidy for their guests. The continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I was delighted to finally be served toast with tomato, olive oil, ham and cheese! And what a generous portion, I have got! I can't give this duo a 10/10 .. but an 11/10!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 On my entire Camino from the South of France, this has truly been the best and most pleasant experience in its category! I can't believe that these warm-hearted people, with such an optimal service, ever have dissatisfied guests. It doesn't exist, does it?!? So I won't say goodbye, dear Jorge & Lourdes; I'd rather say: see you soon! Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻
