“Sun, nature and sea … what else?”

A very pleasant stay. The apartments are located in a very quiet and peaceful place, only 150 m far from the beach, among olive trees. Nearby there are a couple of restaurants that serve traditional Greek and Cretan food and special fish dishes. Kouromenos beach is a perfect spot for windsurfers.

“Paradise on the beach”

Theodoris is a great host. Helped and arranged chairs for the beach. Very generous with wine and nore in the room We loved this lovely place and will return. Great taverna just near by on the peaceful beach. 1 minute walk among the olive trees

It was great being so close to the sea, but also having a lovely swimming pool which I used most days. The table and chairs outside the main door were a beautiful and lovely place to eat meals and also to work. The bed was comfortable, and the cooking facilities were fine. The two hotplates worked well (although not at same time as kettle, unsurprisingly) and the pans were good. Generous sized fridge. It was also very good to have a pleasant and friendly taverna very close by. The owner was very helpful in arranging scooter hire for us, with a lift to and from the hire place. And there are lots of interesting things to see in the area. I was a bit concerned that it would be too far from Palekastro without a car, but it was fine - an easy walk, and the bakery and supermarket are on the nearest edge of the town. Visiting Italos and Zakros by scooter and walking in the area was also very enjoyable, as well as seeing Rousolakos nearby.

“Lovely stay!”

The owner messaged me that we had room number 4 and that the door would be open on our arrival, which was the case. The property was very spacious on ground level with a patio area in the middle of olive trees. It is very quiet, which we liked. There is a pool and the pebbled beach (Kouremenos) is a few minutes walk away. On the beach is a large restaurant, which we didn’t use but looked very nice. Property was very clean and kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The owner came to say hello an hour after we arrived, had a chat and checked if there was anything we needed. Enough space to park our car. The closest town is Palekastron and is a 5 minute drive away for supermarket, stores and restaurants.

“Feels like home”

Close location to windsurfing spots! Nice surrounding of olive trees, very peaceful and quiet, birds singing and roses blossoming. Very nice and clean pool in the garden. The sunrises on the terrace were a bonus..

Amazing host, with unbelievable knowledge about the history of the region. Property is located in the beautiful green area, surrounded by olive trees. One min walk to the beach and local tavern. Swimming pool is great.
