The villa itself has potential, but unfortunately it was not properly prepared to welcome guests. Many basic things were missing, so we had to figure everything out ourselves. The garden was also in very poor condition. It looked like it had not been cleaned after the rain, the grass was not cut, and overall the place felt abandoned rather than welcoming. No one greeted us or checked if everything was ready for our stay. I think the managing team needs to pay more attention to preparation and cleanliness before welcoming families and guests. With better maintenance and organization, the experience could be much better.

The apartment was clean and appears to have been recently renovated, offering good value for the price. The two bathrooms were a plus; however, one of them frequently flooded, making it unusable during our stay. There were exposed cables in one of the rooms, likely where a TV is planned, as well as some visible wiring in the outdoor area. The front door was also an issue — it wouldn’t close properly unless locked, which posed a security concern. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that paying by card would incur a 3.5% fee. I had sent a message two weeks before arrival asking whether it was better to pay by cash or card, but received no reply. Had I known, I would have withdrawn cash, though that would have resulted in international withdrawal fees. It’s also worth noting that there was no dishwasher. Overall, the apartment was adequate and served its purpose, but several aspects could definitely be improved.
