Comfortable, very spacious apartment which had everything we could need for few days break. Shower was especially nice. Everything's amazingly close - the beach, the park and the main streets. Staff were friendly and helpful. We're coming back for sure:)

It was clean. The hotel rooms are big and a family up to four will fit comfortably. The parking space big and you can park long cars. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The place where hotel is located is quiet and close to main objects of Palanga.

The location seemed good, and the hotel itself also seemed decent at first. In the end, we left and did not stay overnight. The receptionist demonstrated her unprofessionalism within the first five seconds of meeting her. I arrived carrying two small children, and the door was neither properly opened nor politely held for me. Communication was very poor — her English skills were basically nonexistent. When making the reservation, I had not indicated the children. Upon entering the reception with three (!) children, she sarcastically and rudely pointed out that the children had not been included (we had booked a three-bedroom apartment), as if we were trying to deceive or cheat someone. When informed that an extra charge would apply, I agreed, as we had expected that. It is understandable that each additional guest represents a cost to the hotel. What was unpleasant was solely the unprofessional attitude and the negative atmosphere created by this woman. She appeared to be able to communicate only in one foreign language — Russian — which is unacceptable when working in the hospitality industry and receiving guests of various nationalities. Please note that the breakfast is not continental. It feels like everything is being done on a budget, and guests are not welcomed as people, but rather as another source of money. Every euro cent seems more important than providing a pleasant guest experience, even at a price of €150. People like this still need to learn hospitality. With polite communication and proper service, it is often possible to reach agreements with guests on many things.

Everything was perfect. Just a couple of minutes from the sea, the place was very big and clean, quite and very good internet connection. Just perfect. Will stay there again when in Palanga

Clean and well-maintained hotel with large comfortable rooms. Hotel is in a quiet area, although location is convenient for town. There is free parking and the hotel restaurant was good.
