Everything was good. The rooms were spacious, breakfast - tasty and nutritious, location - perfect ( close to the Amber museum, the sea and the park), spa - small but enough.

The room was well equipped and fair enough in size to stay of two adults and one toddler. Hotel reception staff were perfect, has assisted on all requests. Breakfast was good.

“Great location and very nice facilities, would return”
Our room was very nice and spacious, exactly what we needed as a small family. Breakfast is very good (but not amazing). The restaurant on the other hand is super nice. The SPA is small but also nice and cosy, especially when not busy. We had an issue with our room in the beginning but despite initial hiccups the staff eventually dealt with it nicely and professionally. Their gestures of kindness are much appreciated!

Perfect location, nice room and great breakfast. Nice to have dressing gowns in the room for walking to spa. Check out time at 12 was perfect for our flight from Palanga. Highly recommended.

Nice girls at check-in; great restaurant, i loved the giant stuffed teddy bears in the lobby (we were there around Valentines). This was our third time here - probably not the last one.
