“WARNING. DO NOT BOOK!!!”
Nothing at all. I would give 0 stars if possible. We left after 2 minutes. We requested a refund, but they told us that this is "impossible". Which it clearly is not, and booking.com has advised so. They are just greedy and will keep your money.

Great apartment. Very clean and spacious. At first I was a bit scared by the many similar old buildings, but in fact the area has a very relaxed and safe atmosphere.

“Decent”
If you are going to concert at Thunder Dome/Impact Arena, this is a great option for accommodation. Don’t expect it to be like a hotel, it’s a simple bed & bath facilities. 7Eleven is just below the property. Few mins away from DMK Airport & Lak Si Train station.

“Good for short stays.”
Comfortable condo for a short stay. I had no problems checking in, but I can understand some people having problems as this is a remotely managed property. I found it quite cool to be in the "Cyberpunk" style mega block teaming with local life.
