“Comfy apartment after a concert or shopping spree in the area”
Perfect for base to go to concert at Impact. After a big concert transportation is often a hassle. This place is at walking distance. The room is minimalistic but nice and comfortable. All around there is glorious street food. A huge shopping mall and many many outlet stores in walking distance. Check in and check out are contactless. You will receive whatsapp with lock code information.

Perfect stay for those who have concert there as it near with Impact Arena and Thunder Dome stadium. Also 10mins walk to Cosmo Bazaar using the skybridge. DMK International Airport also 20mins from there.

Very close to Impact so good for those who go there for concerts. You can take van from Mo Chit BTS station exit 4 and it will drop you outside the outlet stores which are 5 minutes away from the apartment. There's also a van station on the 2nd floor of Cosmo Bazaar close by with vans going to Victory Monument. The room is well equipped, but it's more like an old rental room so lower your expectations.

Location is near Impact Arena. It takes you a few minutes with low price to go there by Grab/Bolt bike. The room is inside old condo but it's well-furnished, and spacious. You can stay there comfortably with a group of 2-3 persons. The staff is helpful. They give you instruction how to enter the room before you come

“Value for Money”
Room is spacious and Clean. Has Microwave and Fridge. Walking distance to Impact Arena. Food hawkers is just around the building. Easy to locate. Wish i can cook inside .
