absolutely terrible experience. there was a random blackout at 10pm+ and we (3 girls) were the only guests there. there was only one male staff on the compound as well who did his best to get the electricity back up and running which we were thankful for, but the management refused to give any compensation for the terrifying experience and insisted that they have a no discount policy. furthermore this was the most expensive hotel we had booked in Thailand so I am extremely disappointed with the service.

“Amazing!”
It was a funky hotel with great facilities, a pool, slide, coffee shop, breakfast, nice jewellery shop and friendly staff, comfy beds, and unique decor. Definitely worth the money!
