“Wonderful!”
Everything was incredible, especially the staff. The pool and chill out areas are such a vibe. Loved the outdoor bathrooms. The room was super clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and generator was a lifesaver. Best hostel in Paje for sure.

One of the best hostels in Zanzibar, especially on the East Coast. Dar Mar has calm vibes, a beautiful design, a great pool and an amazing coworking space with good WiFi. Perfect if you want to relax and still meet people. Super clean, very friendly staff, and I ended up staying longer than planned :). Highly recommend!

The outdoor area is beautiful. Breakfast is great with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and you can choose from several options; portikns are big. It's clean and they do the bed every morning. Wifi worked perfectly.

Very cute hostel, beautiful yard with a clean pool and bar. The staff is very friendly and the owner provided us with everything we asked for, which made us feel safe and at home. The internet is stable and fast, we haven't found better internet anywhere. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty.

The pictures do not do justice to the place. It’s soo tranquil and beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional and large portions. The staff was amazing and very friendly the place is clean and soo close to the main road

“Coworking - should be considered to be taken out”
Its a nice place to socialise and relax. The breakfast is nice and you have 3 options to select from. I could leave my luggage there and get it later today. Staff is super friendly

“A totally positive surprise”
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The white sands and well maintained tropical garden is the zanzibar vibe I was looking for. It was spotless clean and the staff is extraordinary friendly and welcoming. It's a 10 minutes walk to the amazing beach and up to 5 minutes to the centre of the village with great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was great too! The only thing that really could be upgraded is the bad WiFi. Especially for people working from there.
