“Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beach”

Amazingly peaceful and beautiful apartment right in Paje. The space is really large, and everything was super clean and comfortable. The location is amazing just a few minutes from the beach. Ale the host was extremely friendly and gave us so many wonderful options for things to do.

The owner, Alessandra, was incredibly kind. We arrived without any plans, but she recommended and arranged activities that perfectly matched our tastes. Pros: Location: Only a 2-minute walk to the beach and within 10 minutes of grocery stores and ATM Kitchen: The gas stove is powerful—perfect for those who love to cook. Service: Whenever we had an issue with the AC, Alessandra responded and fixed it immediately. About Wi-Fi & Electricity: Power outages and slow Wi-Fi are a reality in Zanzibar. While I struggled to send large work files, I found the Wi-Fi here to be similar to, or even better than, major hotels and co-working spaces in Paje and Stone Town. The outages are a regional issue, not a fault of the apartment. Alessandra was great at informing us about scheduled blackouts in advance. Tips for future guests: Bring a flashlight and candles. Also, keep some water bottles in the freezer to stay cool in case the AC goes off during a power cut. It makes a big difference!

The owners were very helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything that I needed. The kitchen had a fridge, freezer, kettle, mixer, coffee, microwave, dining table and everything that you need to cook. The room was spacious and had a table, a hudge shelf for clothes. Bathroom was spacious as well. The location was perfect. It is in paje close to everything but not in the middle of the crowd. It was easy to get to everywhere by walking.

Excellent location: just seconds away from the beach, plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hosts, Alessandra and Culture, were incredibly helpful and hospitable: they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, giving us the very best advices to visit Zanzibar east coast and to manage day trips. Thank you! I highly recommend this gorgeous building for anyone visiting Zanzibar.

“Wonderful family stay”

The location is good, close to the beach but also close to the village, the family that is hosting is very kind and it was fun for our daughter to play with the family kids. There is a nice garden with some also very old trees.

This is a really nice appartement! It has all the facilities you need and you are very private. It is superclose to supermarket, restaurants and shops but still you have your privacy, it's great! The owner put a lot of energy in the details and they are so kind. Definitely recommend this place!
