“Staff unhelpful”
They canceled our rooms and couldn't rebook us because they were full for the night. They contacted us the day before and we contacted booking to get the issue resolved. Booking and the hotel both sent messages saying I still had a room, but when we arrived we did not. There was no manager on site so we had to scramble to find a room. We found one 20 minutes away with 1 room left for twice the price.

“Outstanding”
Extremely clean, modern and well-stocked hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast. Close enough to drive to Cleveland. Lots of amenities nearby.
