Location was fab, right in amongst everything while being quiet enough that (with ear plugs) we slept easily. It was cooler whilst we were there so only having fans rather than ac in the room was fine.

“Good value for the money paid”
The property is located right near Pai walking street and is a 4 min walk from the bus station. The rooms are in wooden cottages which helps with authentic countryside feeling. Additionally, I got a 2 hour early checkin and the room and surrounding were clean. Overall, the place is good value for money paid.

“Cheap but average place to stay in Pai”
The room and location was mostly fine. The door didn't have a key or lock, which was annoying though. The wifi was constantly on the fritz. But hey, it's very cheap.

“Nice little spot”
Really nice location right in the central but wasn't noisy at night time. Struggled a little without Aircon but we knew that would be the case. Good value for money
