Such a fantastic location a stones throw from town yet quiet and peaceful. The pool was a lovely temperature after a hot day. Staff were pretty friendly - the room size is really nice and we thought it was all smart and clean.

Lovely swimming pool

It‘s perfect if you wanna be close to Pai walking street but still have a lot of privacy and enjoy some quiet moments in between.

Excellent guest house right on the river. 3 minute walk from walking street however, nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very clean and big enough for a dip to cool off. The rooms are basic but very clean and they cleaned the rooms daily. We have extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend and would stay again.

“Canceled my booking with short notice”

They cancelled my booking because I didn’t respond to their email which was sent on the same day as my checkin. I was traveling and without service so I couldn’t respond. And even if I could it’s a bit ridiculous that they’d just cancel a booking. There was no indication that I wasn’t intending of setting at the hotel. Then they offered another room for triple the original price. I stayed elsewhere.
