Everything was great. We were able to do the check in like an hour before our time. The room was clean and had all the necessary stuff. After our check out, the lady in the reception was very kind and handled us a couple of bottles of water for our way back :)

“Great facilities & amazing owner”

I liked the location as it is a bit outside of Pai Centre, but still easily walkable (10-15min). The facilities are great! Very modern, clean, free amenities, tea, coffee and water. The owner is really lovely! I on purpose left a pair of pants behind and she drove after me with the scooter bringing the pants to me and then offering me a ride with my big backpack!

Best place I’ve stayed in pai and stayed at 5 different places!!! Very clean and great value for money. Rooms feel like luxury for a fraction of the price. TV has Netflix too

Was greeted by the sweetest lady called Ben, she was so helpful with our luggage. Our room was huge! And very clean. So peaceful and I would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Loved this place. Everything was clean and the owner and her team are lovely. The house is gorgeous and exactly as in the pictures. We had a scooter and it took us about 3 minutes to get to the night market. There is also a 7/11 near by and a few cafés and restaurants.

The property looks really beautiful. Everything was clean when we arrived and the staff was really nice. It's for sure a nice place to stay in Pai.

The hotel is approx 15 min walk from the busy walking street with food and shop, so location is ok.

The owner is extremely nice and kind and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible while we were sick. Despite the limitations in the design of the hotel she made us feel as best as she could. The room was very clean and the provided consumables were nice.

“Affordable, not worth it though”

The location was good, 10 minutes walk to the night market. Parking in front of the building. Easy to find. The lady at reception was very friendly although she did not speak English.

Clean room, large bed, good AC Water provided in the fridge Hot shower (once we figured out to turn the pressure down a touch to get hot water to come through) It was dark in the room in the mornings so you can easily have a lay in if you can get past the noise Staff were friendly enough, though they could go a bit further and show you to your room Cute cats usually hanging around reception Good location, 15 min walk to Pai walking street

Great location and clean room with all the amenities. Parking is available and staff were helpful. Great restaurant next door for Khao Soi.
