“Great value, clean hotel”

The hotel was very clean. The food was excellent, so much choice and variation everyday. Despite saying drinks were not included with the all inclusive package, every drink was included, including alcohol. The staff were very polite and helpful. We watched the entertainment a couple of times, but it was inside in the basement. Everything was within walking distance. We got the bus a couple of times from the nearby stop. We also did the 2 hour boat trip with swimming along the coast on the Comoran boat, which I’d definitely recommend.

“Great long weekend at a great price”

The hotel was spotless and the restaurant was the best functioning All Inclusive I have experienced. All staff are very welcoming and super friendly. Whilst a few areas are a little tired in places the service level provided was superb. The hotel is popular with German, French and Russian guests but I was made to feel very welcome and included.

Fantastic dishes, everyday another country food. Fantastic south american staff, smile, ready to help every moment. Big balcon. Fantastic cleaning in room and hotel. Good shows every evening.

Staff were super friendly and ready to help, special shoutout to Alejandro & Jesus, night shows were always good and team were always active and keeping everyone entertained. Food and drink were also good with a varied menu but also keeping some staple favourites.

Nice staff, hotel 5 minutes from the sea, great food, SPA was appropriate on a rainy day, I recommend it.

Great location.

Excellent hotel for its price. Very convenient location — three nice beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the street is full of shops, small restaurants, souvenir stores, and car rental points. The hotel is not new but very well maintained overall. Perfect for a family holiday with children. Staff – 10 out of 10

The staff were superb...nothing was too much trouble. Spacious rooms.good balconies. For Gluten free choices it was good..and the staff were super helpful and made sure I had a good selection.

Location was good, the hotel was spotlessly clean, they came in every day & cleaned our room, staff were friendly, good choice of food & drinks, lovely pool with no issues getting a sunbed & a spa & gym that were available to use as part of the cost

It was clean (room cleaned every day) the food was fresh and vibrant. The staff (particularly Jesus on the bar) and animation staff, were very attentive. No issues with sun loungers, plenty of availability.

Excellent location. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Resort is not too big. Hotel staff all excellent being both friendly and helpful.
