Lovely hotel very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasantly smiling most of the time. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety of food and local specialities to try. The bedrooms have lovely decor superb beds and pillows. Very comfortable indeed. Good night sleep on these. Very quiet hotel so good for sleeping at night. Good shower. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there. And Alfonso the night receptionist gave her a bottle of local liqueur as a gift and a card which I thought was lovely. And a special thank you to Matilda the receptionist who sent my passport and bag to the airport quickly when I requested it. Thank you so much Matilda for doing this. You are brilliant and I'm forever grateful 🙏😊 A lovely hotel in a lovely location.

“Good food, good staff and average location. Lack of spa facilities”

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were lovely to deal with as well. The food was mediocre and thats where the nice things end.

Loved the Apartment rooms, very spacious and with a small kitchenette was very helpful with the baby, Bar setup is really great at the hotel. Excellent location. Just get down and supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are at walkable distance. The hotel staff were very friendly. They were so nice to our baby and really made her so comfortable throughout the stay.

The staff apart from the reception staff were excellent, the reception staff were mixed, some were much more pleasant than others. The room was lovely with a great view, the pool areas and dining room were very pleasant.

One square from the beach. We were accommodated in an apartment in a house block across the street. Pool areas are very nice with sun beds etc. Breakfast is varied and well served but busy.

Great breakfast - huge variety. Excellent location - just a few minutes to a bustling restaurant/bar area, and beach. Warm and welcoming staff.

Breakfast was pretty good, lots of different options to choose from. The staff was friendly. Location was very good, quiet area and close to the beach. We also enjoyed the live music performances every night. The pool was also a plus.

Hotel well located in Paguera - few minutes walk to the beach! They have a nice pool, breakfast is varied and they have lots of transats/chairs to relax outside and have a drink. Plenty choices of restaurants in walking distance
