“Enjoyed my stay and the staff that I met.”
The staff that I met were more than polite and helpful. My room was clean and well stocked with linens and towels. Actually, enjoyed staying there.

I was bitten by bedbugs, it was terrible. At breakfast, instead of hot water, there was warm water, I couldn’t even make tea

When I booked my stay one of the reasons for picking this hotel was an indoor pool. When we arrived at the hotel there was a sign on the pool room that the pool was out of order. This was very troubling as the website did not show this.
