the owner of the accommodation is very friendly and she will do best she can to feel you comfortable- due to the high noise from the street at night we were forced to change accommodation on the first night and the owner immediately moved us to their Demi Homestay 2 which was the same quality as the first and was quiet at night. + on the first day there was no scooter available to rent but the owner lent us hers only in exchange for fuel which was great. +they arranged a shuttle to Ha Tien town

“Recommended if you want convenient, yet affordable accomodation.”
Decent facilities for the price. There were many amenities in the room, i.e towel, toothbrush, etc. Bathroom was clean, and there were hot and cold shower, with shampoo and body shower gel. The property was close to many tourist attractions on Mt Sam, so we could take a walk around here at night for a bit and take photos of lanterns on the streets. Staff were friendly to us. We asked them for help a lot, like taking us and our luggage at 5AM to the homestay from a nearby pick up point, but they don’t complain. Also, when we told them in advance to check in early, they told us that we might have to store luggage or otherwise pay extra 250k for early check-in. However, we were surprised to check-in early with NO extra cost. 10/10 customer service right there since many would rip off their customers. Motorbike rental was okay. They helped arrange it with 150k/day.

“Super friendly and helpful staff, a blessing to have in a town like Chau Doc where the locals are not used to foreign to”
+ Good location close to Sam mountain and many pagodas. + Nice clean room, windows close fully so no geckos can get in + Room very cool with both ceiling fan and AC + Shower with consistent hot water and high pressure + Host and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful, they helped me organise my bus ride and even dropped me off at the bus stop and ensured I got on. + They organised me a complimentary tour of Chau Doc, as they don’t get many foreign tourists, and they are passionate about showing foreigners their city

Good welcome, the staff is very helpful, smiling and does not hesitate to help you with anything you need. They don't speak English but with the translator it's very easy to communicate. Very clean room. Kitchen available to cook if needed. I highly recommend. Thanks again.
