It was a memorable stay: hospitality of the hosts and their knowledge on the place history, comfortable and nicely furnished rooms, fantastic breakfast in the beautiful dining room with the view to the garden. We were with a car to location was convenient for us - quiet and green but close to Bologna and other sites

After dinner Elena offered us some drinks in the castles living room, an opportunity to learn more about the history and its previous owners in a very relaxed atmosphere. “Sylish, authenic and comfortable.exceeded expectations for service levels”
The old castle has style and character, and has been authentically and tastefully decorated to suit. The owners / hostess could not have been more attentive, or genuinely concerned for our comfort and welfare. The run in to Bologna Fiera (exhibition centre) was around 25 minutes, so perfect at the end of a couple of busy days..

Especially liked the quality mattresses and pillows. The Selection at breakfast was exceptional The Hosts are very friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble for them. We liked the secluded setting in the countryside but close to a good osteria. Small attentions to detail make it a pleasure to stay here. Gated parking. Privacy
