I WAS OVERCHARGED during check-in, 15% above the Booking.com confirmed rate. I have the Booking confirmation that states the lower price but hotel staff refused to accept this and charged me a higher rate of their choice. Neither the hotel, nor Booking.com resolved this issue despite my requests. I was not treated fairly and still waiting to hear about my refund.
