Wonderful stay in beautiful Ouvéa. The staff were very helpful despite my lack of french. They helped book two excursions which I would highly recommend. Large spacious room, good aircon. Excellent dinners and breakfast. But next time I would take extra mosquito spray!

“A short stay in a tropical paradise”

Breakfast was buffet style and, although limited, was quite good. The menu for lunch and dinner did not a large variety, but was of a high quality. The garden cabins were comfortable and clean as well as having a nice ambiance.

I stayed at the for two nights, as it seemed like the best choice in Ouvéa. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but their garden with individual units for each guest was a great surprise. Each of them is self contained, with a little kitchen as well. The staff at the reception and restaurant are very helpful and can assist with the activities. We had the breakfast and dinner included, and both were generous, although some additional fresh fruit could have improved the breakfast. The place is very close to the beach, and in a strategic position, at the center of the island. As for many other places around, there are a lot of stray dogs. They are friendly, but during our stay, we witnessed two of them being hit by cars, so try not to get attached. Another aspect to consider is that there are a few shops and car rentals at walking distance, which is quite convenient. All in all, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our meals there.

If one walks South along the beach 200 meters, there is no green adage - which was apparently due to a previous Westerly wind.

Good relax and quiet hotel. Like the half board option.

Our cottage was clean and air conditioner worked.

lovely little hotel on an island which can only be described as paradise! we loved our stay, the staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. they helped arrange our fantastic excursions to the Pleiades Sud (incredible) and the shark nursery with Antoine. we ate at the restaurant or the snack bar every night and the food was great. transport anywhere you wanted and they helped us rent a car for a couple of days to explore the island. kids loved the stray dogs :) the sea right across the road for a swim. thanks Hotel Beaupré, we hope to be back one day!

very limited for choice on Ouvea. Beaupre was the better option for value for money and good food. The location was very good being central on the island.

large, clean and comfortable room. Food at the restaurant was excellent. great location across the road from the beach. a bit challenging if you dont speak french (or only have a few words) but it was easy enough to get by.

The restaurant offered a very good meal. If there are two, you can share a crab and a lobster.

Staff very friendly, great location for travelling north or south or to the local supermarket. We are vegan and although it was not on their menu they made us a delicious vegan meal each night (each one different) which was really appreciated!

the food was very good, no-one told me how to access the wifi, or what time check out was. the room was great but the shower was cold and need to have a removable nozzle. room was nice and cool on arrival.
