Everything was fine, no issues at all. Just more flexibility would be nice. We needed to extend our stay till evening on check out day, but we've been offered only to book another whole day for the full price. I think it's better to offer let's say 50% discount for a few extra hours than have an empty room.

It is not possible to leave the key in the closed door, as you need to take it out for putting the attached tool in the specified place for getting light. This is for safety reason a strange approach.

“A good hotel with an excellent breakfast in the centre of Ouro Preto. A great way to experience Ouro”
The hotel, the staff, the breakfast and the location all deserve a 10! However, we had a communication problem when we checked out, which made for an unpleasant experience in the end. That's why I gave it an 8 and not a 10! However, the problem was quickly resolved by the receptionist in an efficient and pleasant manner.

A lovely old house, well placed and with surprising "in house" parking spaces. Well modernised and good views. Breakfast with more or less everything possible and you could ask for more. Excellent position in a steep town, half way between the top and the bottom.

Facylities : Old house verry well maintained. A piece of history. Verry cozy, clean and calm. They offer a afternoon tea with almost the equivalent of the breakfast, verry nice. Room : Verry clean and confortable. Amazing double jacuzzi! Staff: Nice, polite and hepfull. Breakfast: Good options of pastries and cakes. Overall verry good.
