Nice friendly staff. Good location. Clean but rooms could do with a refurb, particularly the shower rooms where leaking water has resulted in damaged flooring.

Hotel is centrally located, and almost in the Camino di Santiago route, very welcoming stuff ready to help, but hotel is very basic reflecting price, room was clean but needs upgrading.

“Very happy with my stay!”
The staff was extremely warm and welcoming. There was one morning where I had an appointment and was late for breakfast, the employee there noticed I hadn't had breakfast and invited me even though I was late. Perfect location - central to the city and with good connections. Every employee was friendly and kind. Felt very quiet and safe.
