“Very clean, modern hotel beside the station with great staff. Came back for a second stay in Ourense”
This was the second stay on this trip as I had to cancel my camino Sanabres due to an injury. I stayed in a hostel with my friends for 2 nights but when they left to walk, I decided to come back to the Alda to get some proper rest before leaving Ourense. The hotel is right next to the train station so very handy for getting the high speed train! It is also just a short walk to the Termas (hot springs). The room was modern, comfortable and spacious and the staff are very nice.

The hotel is right beside the station so in an excellent location for those travelling by train. Very pleasant helpful staff. Room was very clean and plenty of space for a solo traveller. The hotel is modern and accessible (I had an injury from hiking) and had a nice lobby.

Good value for one night. Very near the train and bus stations. About a 10 minute walk to thermal baths. Cafés, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The location is great. Also the reception is well connected. The staff were very respectful amd attentive. It was clean, it had a big spacious bathroom and three beds and one table and a chair. The closet had hangers and shelves. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. I love the lighting in the room and the curtains.

Great, new hotel, soap, shampoo and hair dryer available in the room (considering being 1*hotel). Great staff, easy access via door code if you are late plus self check in available inside (staff leaves hotel at 9pm).

“We would NEVER stay there again!”
The room was always cold. Black mould round the shower basin. Despite 12 o’clock check out, locked out of room at least 30 minutes before that (didn’t return until 11.30).

Very helpful and accommodating with late arrival due to delayed trains from Madrid. Responded quickly to our concerns arriving after midnight. Perfect location to train station. Clean and comfortable at a very decent price. Breakfast was very reasonable. Supermarket nearby.

Everything was great. Check-in was smooth and fast, the guy at the counter was helpful, fast and very friendly and polite. Room was much bigger than expected. Since I had an extremely early check-out, they arrange a way for me to leave my key. The hotel is just 2 mins from trains station, really convenient!!

It's nearness to everything,esp the train station,yet it is so quiet and relaxed,as we are on the other side of the river Mino.
