Hot springs - great pool!

The pools and the scenary of the mountains were very nice. We spent the evening there. Restaurant nearby for breakfast very nice too.

Amazing location for our travels - a great find. Room was fab, pool and hot springs were AMAZING - especially at night, breakfast was good and local area was fab for restaurants, bars and walks.

Automatic check-in is as pointless and infuriating as self check-out at the grocery store. Two staff helping you, just check me in at the desk 🙉

“Great Location and Amenities in Ouray”

The bedroom in the River View building was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet. The location is excellent, just a short walk from downtown Ouray. The pool and hot springs were amazing, offering a beautiful view, and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

We love the pools/hot tubs and free breakfast. The easy access to the ice park is fantastic. The staff is very nice and friendly. The free access to the steam and dry rooms/saunas this year was a huge plus. Very relaxing and great way to recover after a long day climbing!! We will continue to make this place our annual vacation and base camp when we come to town.

“A ruined getaway weekend.”

I thought I was staying at twin peaks. When I arrived, I was put up in a hotel a few blocks from twin peaks. I guess it was an old hotel that they must of bought. I had stayed at that place a few years ago and swore I would never go back to that particular hotel. Now I see a Twin Peaks bought it. if I would’ve known that I would’ve not made a reservation through Twin Peaks to get to the pool. I had to walk a block in the cold and if I did want to go to the pool I had to rent a robe , we decided it was too cold and didn’t do that. We decided to watch TV I guess they have DIRECTV and it didn’t work. It faded out every minute to minute and a half. We just decided to go to bed and left first thing in the morning. Then I see they charge me eight dollars for water, water that was not in the hotel. They did remove the charge. I would really like my money back and go somewhere else.

Everything! I LOVE TWIN PEAKS! I have stayed here a handful of times, and each time it gets better. They take great care of their property and ensure guest expectations are met. They are just one text message away if you need anything.

We loved everything about our stay. The hot springs felt amazing. Our room was clean and spacious. We were only a couple of blocks from downtown, so we could walk there. And, finally, the hot breakfast in the morning was awesome.

The Hot Springs were amazing. The Mineshaft bar was awesome and the bar outside was great. Breakfast was awesome.
