I loved this apartment. It was in the city center, you could go anywhere walking. I liked the facilities and it was very very clean.

Number on lock could be a lot clear....the 2 had fallen off!! I lost the key at one point, found quite quickly but at no point did the host respond to any of my numerous messages. There really needs to be a strategy if it was to happen to someone else, a contact not involving Booking.com. A neighbour or near hotel could have a spare key.

We made a mistake and thought we booked till the 30th. Instead we booked till the 29th. By the time we had to check out we were on a day trip to Rovaniemi. The owners of the accommodation were really friendly and helped us looking for another accommodation right away in the same building. They even moved our stuff for us to our new apartment!
