“Great location, great staff and great facilities!”
Very helpful and friendly staff, well located close to downtown and very well communicated by bus. The access to the gym and sauna three blocks away is great!

Hotel had rented out space for parties on both nights of our stay. We had to listen to loud music until 11pm in our room as sound insulation in the old building is horrible. Would not recommend this place during christmas party season. I notified staff regarding this issue, but was told nothing could be done.

Breakfast was normal good hotel breakfast. Hotel staff was very friendly. Restaurant in the hotel is beautiful old style decorated. Internet worked superior. Definitely great place to stay. Free parking for quests.

In our standard room the toilet facilities are built in a way which is not sufficiently private. This is not acceptable, unless the room is for a single guest. Perhaps it is different in the other rooms.

Cozy and clean hotel with very friendly staff. As the outside temperature was about 30 degrees Celsius the room temperature was quite high as well, but the portable AC units kept the climate quite manageable anyway. Private, free parking available. Bicycles could be borrowed.

“Perfect stay with delicious breakfast and sauna”
Great breakfast, very nice personnel and in addition, afternoon tea was a nice surprise too. We also used sauna as included in the accommodation, in a public gym couple of steps away, where actually we made some Finnish friends. We will be definitely staying there again once in Oulu.

Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Small but comfortable room. Very good parking possibility and easy reachable by car. Walking distance to the city centre is about 15 minutes (maximum). In the hotel guests can also get bikes. We would definitely stay there again.
