Nice and clean appartment, with a great host ! The appartment has all the facilities you need and the city center close by. Really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend this place if you want a hospitable and good place to stay while visiting Oujda :)

It is as it looks in the pictures, it has a security guard and a car park at the basement, it's clean and quiet area, the facilities as its mentioned in booking, Houssam the owner or the apartment is a very friendly and respectful person, it's not far from Mohammed I University, there is a cafe at the same building.
