We liked the space of the lounge. The decor was gorgeous, lighting very cosy. We slept 😴 so well. No aches or pains.

We stayed 4 days in this lovely house. Well equipped and quiet. Nicole is nice and helpful. The countryside is wonderful, surrounded by canals!

Nicole and Wim were very friendly and welcoming, the farm is in a beautiful location, lovely countryside. A very good place in all.

Nicole was absolutely amazing host. Breakfast was just perfect, room and bathroom was clean. We really enjoyed stay at her place and we can truly recommend it.

Nicole’s B&B is beautiful, set in a gorgeous quiet location. She couldn’t have done more for us, we felt very well looked after but never intrusively so. Breakfast was delicious, especially her homemade blackberry jam! The room was bright, clean and well cared for, and I never wanted to leave the super comfy bed. This is definitely one to revisit - and for a longer stay!

Beautiful farmhouse in gorgeous surroundings. Delicious breakfast with local farm produce and the ‘hostess’ made us very welcome and went above and beyond to make us comfortable after a long cycle with luggage to her place

The hostess was great, very thoutghful, sent us the instructions at the arrival momment, prepared us breakfast every morning (amazing by the way! ), and gave us ideas about restaurants and towns to visit nearby 🙂 The place was amazing, very peaceful with everything that you need!

Friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was lovely. It included locally sourced, as well as homemade, produce. There were a lot of children's DVDs available in the room, which makes the evenings easier to manage with kids.

“Wonderful stay at the countryside”

Lovely B&B with a very friendly and welcoming host (thanks, Nicole) in a breathtaking location (Het groene hart). Our room was cozy and breakfast was freshly prepared for us every morning with local ingredients and fresh from the garden. It doesn't take a huge buffet to cater for guests' needs. The garden was amazing (including a rooster) and huge, with a little playground (with a little trampoline) and inviting areas for a picknick. So we had three lovely outdoor picknicks at dinner-time. Even though we were "just" passing through to a place we were looking for very much, we were sad to leave in the end :-) On a related note: Fantastic bikes can be rented in Oudewater (Haaksman Tweewielers). Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful place. Very comfortable apartments with everything you need, the rooms are beautifully decorated, a lot of attention to detail. Modern household appliances of excellent quality. The onsite parking is huge. Our apartments exceeded all expectations.
