The hotel is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by mountains. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a gorgeous view. The swimming pool is truly a masterpiece and one of the highlights of the property. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Widad, Mohammed (the director), and the cleaning team for their professionalism and kindness. We especially appreciated how quickly and professionally the director intervened to resolve a small issue and ensure our stay remained enjoyable.

The hotel is like any international hotel anywhere in the world. It was spotless and had everything available and more that I needed.

Kaoutar at the reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always smiling and at our service. Mohamed, the director was also around, ensuring everything ran smoothly and showed us around. The breakfast staff were lovely as well—friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with.

Amazing stay at this property, the staff was very friendly and kind and especially Kaoutar at the reception was just amazing and exceptionally helpful! Its a pitty we stayed only one night at this property but we will come back for sure. We enjoyed everything, great breakfast, nice quite location, spotless clean and simply our best accomodation in Morocco. Thank you.

The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and quality. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful and adds a peaceful atmosphere to the stay. The hotel is not far from the city of Ouezzane, and there is plenty of parking available, which made arrival and departure easy. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend the hotel for those looking for comfort and a quiet stay, keeping in mind the issue with the internet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and even received a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. All the staff members we met — from reception to housekeeping — were exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their professionalism and hospitality.

The people were great, very clean, excellent breakfast. Loved the swimming pool, great in the hot days.

Clean hôtel but breakfast was not on time they told us 7:30am and they didn't let us start till 8am

I liked the location and the views All staff were very friendly. The ladies in Reception were very good. I must give special mention of Inssaf who went the extra mile to deal with my kack of french or arabic.

If you’re going to have a kettle in the room, have some tea and coffee facilities available. Electricity kept on going on and off all night. Maybe some teething problems as is quite new. Apart from that was ok

“A great place to stay if avoiding the motorway and experiencing Morocco via Main roads”

This hotel is a short easy drive from, (or to) Fès and is located on the outskirts of the town of Ouazzane. The hotel is brand new, or recently opened. The hotel boasts a pool and Spa facilities, both of which I didn’t use. I did however, see the pool area which was very nice. We ate in the restaurant next door, (as it’s part of the hotel complex). They serve a variety of foods from traditional Tajines, to pizzas, burgers and tacos. I ordered a pizza for a change which filled the gap. Breakfast on the other hand was brilliant, the complete Moroccan breakfast was out of this world with loads of choices including a tiny bowl of vegetable soup to open the appetite, not my usual breakfast starter but it was very delicious. The room was really clean and we had a balcony which overlooked the main road, but also had a lovely view of the surrounding hills filled with olive trees. Even though my room overlooked the road there was little to no noise even with the balcony door open, as the road was not very busy. The hotel and restaurant staff were really polite and friendly. There is large, secure guarded parking within the gated parking area of the hotel. There was also another pool area on the other side of the hotel with at least 2 large pools and a water park of sorts, but I’m not sure if hotel guests can use it as part of their stay. The following morning I drove through the town of Ouazzane which seemed like a really nice clean town to visit, with lots of cafes, shops etc. Remember, the area is famous for olive oil production and there are a number cooperatives to buy delicious Moroccan olive oil.
