The staff is tremendously kind and helpful here. Whe had dinner in the restaurant twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast is authentic moroccan food, with traditional pancakes, breads and eggs, a real treat. We had the family room and it was so spacious and relaxing. The bed and pillo quality was great. Highly recommended place, conveniently located for visits at Ait Ben Haddu and the nearby rock desert.

Amazing location and wonderful rooms right in the middle of the oasis. The atmosphere is truly unique and relaxing. Everything was comfortable, beautiful, and well designed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special experience.

Far the best accomodation in Morocco. The staff was incredibly nice (especially Yassine, and the other tall guy, who's name I sadly forgot). They gave us very helpful tips, how to get around, and they were professionals from heart. They speak very good english, which is a really unique thing in Morocco. The view from our room was amazing, the shower was hot, and the water pressure is just perfect. The room was clean and tidy. I really reccommend this accomodation to anyone.

We had the best stay in Riad Chay out of all accommodations booked in Morocco. No faults are all, amazing hospitality and kindness. It has a great atmosphere, the staff goes extra mile to make your stay so special.

Omar did an amazing job in organizing our stay and hosting us. He has such a calm and pleasant energy. Also had an amazing dinner on the rooftop, the decoration and the views are immaculate. We had a really relaxing stay.

“Thé place to choose for Ouarzazate stay!!!”
It's really, réally good! When you're driving towards it, you're really wondering how bad you will end up ;-). No views, sandy, etc. Once they open the gate, you see immediately a lovely terrace but you also immediately see amazing views; they have selected their spot in the landscape really well. Inside, you're in a typical Maroccan atmosphere, greatly and tastefully decorated with a lovely and professional staff. They know how not to bother you while at the same time they continuously pay attention to what you might need. There is also a beautiful painted map of the wider area that they use to explain to you what activities and sightseeing options you have. Last but not least, breakfast is a pleasure!!! One of the true extra's is the rooftop. It offers wide and spectacular views, for sunrise, sunset or moon & stars watching. Next to that, it's also nicely decorated too (last two photo's! Ouarzazate itself is impressively modern and newly build, there's a lot of money coming from the Studio's and solar power stations and you will see that almost everywhere. Restaurant Phoenix is highly recommended for a great dinner and top of the bill Italian food.
