The rooms and all the hotel are very nice and calm. The pool was amazing (and it is clean! If you see there is sand/dust on it just ask them to turn on the pool pumps... its almost a desert there. It's normal). The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very nice. We had 2 friends sick from a meal on another place and since we could not leave for dinner the receptionist got us some bread and fruit which helped a lot. The breakfast was good.

1. We arrived at 8:00 pm and even though they mention that there is a restaurant (both in google and booking) there is none. The owner told us to grab a taxi and go tho the center (it is 20 min. ride). Thankfully the receptionist was very helpful and he arranged us to go to the restaurant of the hotel nearby. 2. No hair dryer in the room.

Beautifully decorated Hotel outside of Ouarzazate. Those who are looking for an artsy and calm accommodation should look no further! Staff has been great, and in particular Moha has been an outstanding host, helping us with dinner reservations and answering any questions we had. Breakfast was good too, prepared and served with a lot of attention to the detail. We chose to come during the offseason and had a perfectly calm time. The hotel got lots to offer during the summer time, beyond its nice pool!

This property is absolutely astonishing! The pool, the vibes and the breakfast were just incredible. Our suite was big and we had our private terrace. A perfect day to relax near to Ouarzazate.

Service and staff were excellent

Nice concept of a modern stylish walled "castle", well fitted into local landscape. Stayed in February and had no problems at all. Hot water, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and a sky full of stars at night.

wonderful staff. We were welcomed very warmly. brought tea, was very nice. We were already waiting, the rooms were heated. The rooms are very warm! there are air conditioners, but heaters are additionally installed. The bedding is very clean. The environment is authentic. The restaurant was also heated. thanks :)

We were looking for an accommodation just outside of Ouarzazate, which is correct. Pictures for us looked better than actual place.

Simple but elegant accommodation. Very peaceful and clean. I loved the private court yard and own roof terrace.

In this night we were the only guests in the hotel, so my girlfriend and I felt like king and queen :) The room was super warm and bed comfy. Hassan was great! A true legend!

I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the day I checked out, the hotel's commitment to excellence and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my stay.
