I booked a superior room with Genius discount and they refused me the Superior Room. The room was much smaller, no electiricty plugs, very basic. Just not what I booked. Also, it is party location and it can get very noisy at night (Music, karaoke)

Staff was helpful and friendly. Often they were not at their position which made calling to order food or talk to reception a bit pointless.
