“Great value for money”
We stayed in a suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little outdated but the location is good, a short walk to the parliament buildings. Staff were very pleasant and check-in and out was quick and easy. The hotel is excellent value for money.

AC is broken on 10th floor. During a heat wave. No advance notice. A portable unit is installed and cools roughly 10% of the room. Unbearably hot. Wifi did not work in the room or elsewhere on the floor… incurring additional costs to rent a workshare space for virtual meetings. The floor should be closed during Renos. I feel terrible for the cleaning staff. Abominable.

“Excellent room in the hotel in a great location.”
Location is great, with a short walk to the city centre of Ottawa and the popular restaurants and shops of Elgin Street nearby. The room was excellent, more like a small house, than a hotel room. An excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful with hotel facilities and nearby attractions and directions.

“Convenient Location”
The location was very convenient to many of the attractions and restaurants we wanted to go to during our stay. The rooms were clean and check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests on Booking.com before we checked in.
