“I had a place to stay for the two nights but far below my expectation”

Location. Not difficult to locate and not too far from city centre

The room was nice; the shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom were tidy and clean. That was the basement apartment. Excellent spot, conveniently located near the heart of downtown.

Absolutely nothing, save your money. Our 2 hour stay here was even hell, and I will never forget it because of how terrible everything was. Truely, they couldn't have done any worse to make it the most horrible place to live.

It was cheap. That is the only thing I liked.

The place was great, just wished that it had been ready to go, or we'd have been told of minor delays ahead of time so we could avoid awkward encounters. Aside from that, the stay was nice, interior was great with good amount of space.

Owner very unavailable, no parking spot available, room dirty and very noisy, bathroom dirty and the door of the unit doesn't even lock anymore. I couldn't stay at the location because there was no parking spot available and parking is not allowed in the street during winter so I asked for a refund that I didn't get

Really nice apartment. All amenities around you and short distance to city center. Elissa was very helpful with any issue we had, and responds very quickly to any questions, only thing was parking is tricky.

Totally affordable and close to where we needed to be foe those 2 days. Id definitely would recommend and stay again.

We arrived late and yet they are still not ready like the light wasn’t working and the lady was still cleaning when we arrived.

I did not like the whole set up. Photos of the property were deceptive.

I couldn't sleep because the noise coming from the 3 flat was too much. People lodged on top of our room were bagging the floor . I asked my daughter to report to the staff that came for housekeeping and laundry but she replied nothing can be done

Very good mattresses, room nicely equipped with a desk, mirror, and an electric heater. The space was nicely furnished and decorated, and in great condition.

The main entrance door and all the room doors inside had the same access code. The place felt extremely unsafe, and there were people who did not inspire trust. For these reasons, I requested a refund; however, the property owner claimed that this was not true and stated that the door codes were different. Nevertheless, all messages and informational notifications are available in my inbox as evidence. I have reported the situation to customer service and am waiting for a resolution and a refund. I definitely do not recommend this place.
