The size of the room was fantastic. The decor was beautiful. Bed was so comfortable. Having a kitchenette, fridge, microwave, table and chairs were such a bonus. We loved our stay.

We stayed at This Hotel for an overnight visit in Ottawa. We arrived early at the hotel but were still able to check in. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in room 318 which is facing a residential area. The room was very clean and a good size. We were two people but four would have been comfortable in the room. The bathroom was a good size, the shower worked very well. I am not sure if other rooms have bathtubs but in our room there was only a shower. There was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. There were lots of outlets available to plug everything in. The lighting in the room was good. Black out blinds are installed on the windows. The bed was of good size and comfortable. I did not hear any hallway noises while we were in the room. I did not hear any traffic noise but we were not facing the 417, we were on the residential side of the hotel. The gym was a good size and the equipment worked well. They serve a good breakfast which includes a hot selection of food. This was nice as a lot of hotels that state they "include breakfast " mean muffin's over ripe fruit and bad coffee. I believe the hotel is a relatively new building or has been recently renovated as nothing needs to be updated. We chose this hotel as we wanted something close to our event, and had good reviews. Our expectations were exceeded. I would go back to this hotel in the future. The 10/10 in this hotel was the staff.

“Great stay .. great location... great price”

I liked that it was nice to have an outdoor space where you walk around.... and grass to walk on and just relax. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to shopping and food. The breakfast had more options than most hotel breakfasts, hot and cold food.

You can hear the highway cars and despite asking them to give me a room in other side, they gave a room in highway side.

“Bad I won't go back.”

No water pressure whatsoever in the shower. Very noisy because of the motorway nearby and couldn't really sleep during the night because of that (even with earplugs on).
