“Perfect location, service and price.”

In the easiest way possible, I recurved pictures with instructions long before my arrival, and everything worked perfectly! Great service and communication.

I liked that it was relatively close to the parliament and downtown.

“Worth it!”

There is a TV + Netflix + laundry area + Fridge + Kitchen + so close to a bus stop, food plces and touristy spots.

The hall / lobby and stairs to app s#4 needs some attention to smarten it up, but the basement app itself was lovely. A self contained flat with everything you need. Plenty of space for 2 people.

“Disappointed”

Sliding bathroom door had been broken by previous guests so would not stay shut for our stay, which wasn't a nice experience. As mentioned in previous reviews there is a smell of damp. The flooring needs to be replaced, damaged areas are covered over with rugs. Although being advised of a couple of internet networks, one wouldn't connect at all, the internet was very sporadic and kept dropping out. Entrance lobby to apartment is not the most welcoming.

Location was excellent for walking into Ottowa and restaurants were close by. The host was very prompt and excellent in his communications with us both before and during the stay - this was appreciated.

Location was great, free parking if you needed it, very comfy bed and pillows, perfect size space for a base for a couple to explore the city for a weekend.

Very clean and perfect for an overnight stay. The host, Helen, is very prompt in responding. The apartment is well stocked. Check-in and parking instructions are clear.

The linens could have been a bit better quality. The Wifi was terrible and we could not connect to the internet at all.

“A fabulous host”

Helen is an exceptional host. She’s friendly, helpful, attentive and very accommodating to our needs. She is very very very fast in responding to our texts which shows that she is a professional in her work and she cares about her clients. She let us check in earlier and her place is in immaculate condition. There’s coffee, tea, salt and pepper if you wanna whip up a quick meal at the apartment. The location is quite central too. As we had big luggage we took Uber from via rail train station to the apartment and it cost us a mere CAD10.50,- Do yourself a favour, book this place asap 😊

“Lovely apartment in Ottawa”

Lovely apartment with everything you need! Everything was very clean and comfortable! Location is 15 minutes walking from the Parliament, very close to the Natural History museum and about 10 minutes to a very big supermarket! Loved it!

Nice super clean apartment in nice area/location with easy access to various amenities. Highly recommended.
