Located in Otrokovice, Penzion a ubytovna Oáza is just 300 metres from the Morava River and 400 metres from the bus station. It was renovated in 2010 and offers free internet access in the rooms. The rooms feature a bathroom, apartments also come with a kitchen. There is a kitchenette for shared use on each floor. Guests can buy snack at the front desk. Zlin is 12 km from the Penzion a ubytovna Oáza Guesthouse, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kromeriz is 20 km away. Bicycle storage is available.

“Underrated and quiet pension a short and easy ride from Zlin.”
I was heading to Zlin for the evening but couldn't really afford any options in the city itself, so I went for this option about 20 minutes away on a bus (or train). It's a big building and clearly very professional, and the experience and care was really clear. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot and powerful. I wasn't there for very long, but it was very good value. It is on a bus route from Otrokovice station, with buses every 6 minutes at peak to just 3 minutes away. Don't rule it out just because it's not in Zlin itself.

“Good place to stay, if you are not expecting luxury and hotel standards.”
Good location, easy to get buses Kroměřiž, or Zlín. 20 minutes walk to the train station, but also with local buses available nearby. Restaurants, supermaket, bars, park, gas station close. No breakfast, but I understand that is not the purpose of a Penzion, that is why it is one of the cheapest in the region.
