Very good location, very kind and communicative staff, good breakfast, 24/7 reception and clean rooms/floors and hotel. Good value for money. Safe area and very close to everything including Plaza de ponchos, many restaurants and exactly by the bus terminal. You can see the life of the city from the balcony because on that street there's everything from vendors to stores to dogs to locals arguing kids going to and from school....it's very lively and loud and authentic. The loud part is not for everyone though. At breakfast the staff was able to accommodate our small requests or modifies. Very kind :)

This was just what I wanted - directly across the street from terminal terrestre, Otavalo. the room was clean and everything was working. I walked to the Plaza de Ponchos, and the mercado, and a restaurant (Pizzaria la Alpujarra, which has an amazing sourdough bread) without problems. I highly recommend this restaurant.
