“Historic Stay on Beautiful Grounds with Accommodating and Kind Staff”
The staff were very attentive, meeting us on arrival, welcoming us to our rooms immediately with local music and willing to help make our stay more enjoyable. Andres was quick to reply to our questions before arrival and on site. There was a wonderful welcome drink and snack provided in the evening along with a historical explanation of the property and live music. The food was excellent for lunch, dinner and breakfast. They had a variety of options for everyone, all diets and preferences. The grounds were beautiful and it was a very welcoming place for pets. There is a dog park on site as well as vast areas for animals to run and explore. Staff were also very accommodating and kind to our dog in all areas of the Hacienda.

“Really worth coming to Pinsaqui for 4-5 nights.”
Authentic, beautiful old hacienda, set in delightful sloping grounds, with views to mountains either side. We had probably the best room, no 7. Lovely public rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice vibe. Excellent location. We had 4 nights and could have managed a fifth. The rim walk around the crater lake Cuicocha was one of the best day hikes in our life 10/10 wow. 5 hours solid walking. Horse riding and Condor centre also good - 8/10. Otavalo market OK 7/10 and worth going to on a Saturday but. Food was so good we didn’t bother to eat in Octavalo.

“Amazing staff and recommended local guide”
Unbelievable staff who were always preset and ready to accommodate. Independent local guide, Christian, who was recommended by the hotel, gave us an outstanding customised tour. There's so much to see in the area, but much can only be uncovered with a guide like Christian. The price he charges is very reasonable.

“Wonderful”
It is a beautiful, historical farm house. Very elegant. The manager greeted us the afternoon with canelazo and empanadas, to the sound of local musicians and explained the history of the farm.
