I liked how was cleaned , I liked location as well and very friendly staff.

Personnel were simply extraordinary. Markéta, in the reception was always helpful and smiley (not so common among Czechs :)). She made a huge difference in our stay. As well, the breakfast was really good, homemade, and generous portions with all you would need.

The owners are great and very helpful. They have a variety of different rooms, we have stayed in 3 different rooms there in separate occasions,all of them are unique with private bathrooms and hardly hear any street noise from the rooms, especially at the rear of the building-very quiet! Besa are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean and the TV and WiFi is always working well! The price is the best in Ostrava unless you want less quality! Free car park but only 10 mins walk to city centre through a lovely park. We came by public transport from Airport last two visits, very easy to get around by foot and public transport

Good enough for this money. I've got a great breakfast in the room. The place is not in the centre but near the gymnasium where I had to go.

“Perfect stay”

The hotel is perfect above my expectation. I was afraid about thf noise from street at night, but it was ok. We had the appartement under the roof and noise was acceptable, the street is not much frequent during night. The appartement was super clean, the bathroom and shower smelled good, wasbasin was big enough so no problem washing your hands (for me important detail), the beds were comfortable, there were also some books, and toys and plays for kids. The breakfast was fabulous, the lady preparing it was really nice, they give us the breakfast to our appartement. The stuff was nice and helpful. There is no restaurant in hotel, but they recommended one ca 10 mins away. And recommended well. The area around river is very nice, calm, super for walks. The city center just 15 mins by walking. When being in Ostrava next time, I will go for this hotel again.

Surprisingly, it was one of the coziest places on the whole trip. Although at first glance it didn't seem like anything very impressive, but we liked the atmosphere.

“Noise interrupted sleep”

Difficult to sleep due to loud noises during night. May have been a washing machine that was loaded and unloaded with banging noises. This should be done at other times.
