Good restorant, simple small room.

Great breakfast (very rich, good quality food), very spacious apartment, big parking, some green areas around (park) where our dog could have a toilet. Restaurant available onsite (great for dinner). Very nice industrial photo decorations. Polite personnel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ostrava. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and comfortable. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the location was very easy to find with convenient free parking available. The room was spacious, very warm, and incredibly quiet, which made for a perfect night’s rest. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a big room with a smart TV was a great bonus. The area around the hotel is peaceful, with a lovely walking park nearby that’s perfect for a relaxing stroll. A special thanks to the receptionist, Lucy — she was very kind, understanding, and spoke excellent English, which made us feel truly welcome. Her friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with great comfort, calm surroundings, and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ostrava.

If you’ve ever dreamed of hosting an “Indian-style” wedding for 500 guests, this is the place! I only stayed one night, but it felt like I was part of the celebration anyway – the breakfast buffet was so huge, I half expected a marching band to appear.

The room was simple and well set, it was clean and satisfying for my stay there. The breakfast was perfect! The staff was very nice 🙂 I stayed for one night for a rest between traveling and it was great 🙏

“Great place in Ostrava”

A great place to stay. Our bungalow was modern and would be 100% comfy if not for the non-existent air conditioning. It was over +30 degrees outside and inside the feeling was similar, so it was hard to sleep. It's great that we could use the small swimming pool in the territory - it really saved the day. On any other day, I'd say it's 10/10 experience. There's also a large parking lot in front of the building, so we could easily leave our car there. The restaurant was amazing, serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. Also kudos for the breakfast - there was a large choice of bot savoury and sweet food.

“Definitely not worth it”

We could not sleep all night. The hotel is located by frequently used railroad tracks in some industrial area. It was impossible to fall asleep almost till midnight due to the noise of passing trains. Same thing occurred from 5 in the morning. Additionally the walls between the rooms were made of cardboard - we could hear every single word of the phone conversation of the person staying in the room next door. There is an extra charge for staying with a dog but nothing is provided (for example a bowl for water). The reception is open only till 10pm and the restaurant till 8pm - no possibility of having dinner in the evening.

The girl at reception was so nice made my check in smooth and easy. Nice rooms good location also travelling to anywhere is easy as there’s great transport links. Very clean property and great views ! Breakfast was also great and filling

Super clean place not too far from the highway There is a very nice restaurant serving local food They allow pets in hotel and also restaurant for an additional fee We did not have time to have breakfast so they have prepared us the bags with some food

Very nice for a stay in transit. Quiet location despite being close to railway. Has all the amenities necessary, including restaurant on site. Breakfast was really really great as well.

A few months ago, we stayed at this property and I had pointed out a few things that we didn’t like. Unexpectedly, when we returned, the staff gave us a better room and resolved all the issues from our previous stay. I really appreciated this, the staff was very kind and the room was beautiful. Traveling between Estonia and Italy, the location is very convenient. I highly recommend it.
