I had an absolutely fantastic stay and can’t recommend this place highly enough! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making it feel both comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect, offering convenience while still being peaceful and relaxing. What truly made the experience exceptional was the communication with the host. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and proactive, ensuring that everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. Any questions I had were answered with genuine care, which made me feel very well looked after. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, enjoyable, and high-quality stay!

Fantastic modern apartment 5 minutes from huge shopping mall that had everything. Clean and nice building. Was a great stay for an event at the City University Campus.

Brandnew apartment, with everything in it one needs for a comfortable. Next to Ostrava's largest shopping mall! Yay! Walking distance to Anton Dvorak Theater.

I stayed in a different studio apartment than the ones in the photos, but still in the same residential complex. The position towards the historic center of the city and the proximity to the tram station, as well as the vicinity of the shopping center are great advantages. It is a business, not a private property, I did not interact with the owner, but with his employees. Katerina, with whom I exchanged many messages, tried to find solutions for all the shortcomings pointed out by me and to compensate for the inconveniences.

The apartment smelled of cigarettes. There was a lot of garbage in the bathroom. Some lamps did not work. There was mold on the entire wall in the hallway. I don’t recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very nice and located in a very quiet area. It exceeded our expectations and we felt super comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!
