It is nice to have a list of options for the guest, point out that bolt app is best for taxi use, point out 3 or4 sightseeing excursions. Have a map showing the closest convenience store. Hand drawn is fine. As visitors from outside the EU, local shops are not easy to find. We have a lot more lite up signs in Canada and the us. Once we discovered bolt , our stay became much smoother.

They couldn't accommodate us earlier. We traveled overnight arrived at 9am and stayed outside in the rain and cold until 3pm. It would have been nice to at least have a place to store the luggage.

Location, greenery in near surrandings

“Nice garden, pretty quiet”

The garden is fantastic to chill out in a summer evening. The room is very ok, provided with a lot of drinks and snacks + if I understood it well you can ask for wine and other stuff if you stay for more days. But I was there for one evening. I chose the place because I was going at the stadium for a Baník match, but I strongly recommend it to everybody who wants to see the Vitkovice area, as it's round the corner and reachable by feet.

The competition we were at was close, at the end of the street by the tower, so it was easily accessible on foot.

Our stay at this property was truly enjoyable! The room was very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. A spacious bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge and kettle were a big plus. Parking on-site and easy access from the A1 motorway made everything even more convenient. Everything was exactly as described, and our stay went smoothly. Highly recommended!

“Avoid in summer”

- broken shower holder, should be easy to replace so why it hasn’t been done is simply poor, also just 1 small shower gel container of 40ml is very stingy when you book a 2 night stay - air conditioning was set to 16 degrees, however, room remained hot - poor sound insulation - no proper black out “curtain” to keep the room dark after sun rise - smelly towels

Very nice place to stay in Ostrava. Very Simple check in, very Simple check out. Very cheap snacks in minibar. We stayed one night in this place and it was great. Garden had very great vibe.

Basic apartment with all you need for a short stay. Parking just outside, quiet enough to have the window open at night.

We really liked the location, as it was really close everywhere. The bed was cosy, bathroom very nice and clean, even better than we expected! Also kitchen had all utensils we needed, which was perfect.

Close to Ostravar Arena at a quiet spot, off the main road. Close to public transport and with a private parking area.

We had a nice stay at the Aparthotel Vitkovice. Our room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the room has a fully equiped kitchnette which we appreciated a lot. There are also snacks and drinks available and provided for a price. We also appreciated the free parking space and the access to the garden where you can enjoy your coffee/drink out at the open air.
